Educators Without Borders International (EWBI) held two workshops on Teaching Methods and Thinking Skills، on Tuesday 27 September and Thursday 29 September 2022.

The two workshops were organized in cooperation with India's Ma'din Academy and attended by 73 teachers and educational experts, and instructed by the educational expert Dr. Malika Shatnawi.

The Teaching Methods workshop showcased the primary modern methods used in teaching, which would enhance the educational process, and foster students' educational attainment and rapid development.

While the Thinking Skills workshop focused on the importance of teaching today's students to think critically and creatively to function successfully in a society characterized by rapid change.

The workshop highlighted the importance of thinking skills in acquiring and processing information, as students prefer to find the answer rather than be given it without “thinking time,” which motivates them to actively engage in the discussion.

It is worth mentioning that Educators without Borders is an international organization based in Geneva, concerned with providing educational services for children in affected regions and improving training services in crisis areas.

Located in the Indian city of Malappuram, Ma’din Academy is a non-profit organization that includes more than 40 educational institutions and charities, providing services to nearly 25,000 students.
