Educators Without Borders Holds Workshop on Educational Leadership 

Educators Without Borders held a virtual workshop on educational leadership, its role in the educational process success, and the major types of educational leadership on Sunday, December 13, 2020.

The workshop highlighted the fields and principles of educational leadership, the characteristics of successful educational leadership, the responsibilities of an educational leader, the characteristics of a successful leader, and the difference between leadership and management, as well as leadership in times of crisis.

The participants shared their experiences and visions about educational leadership and the practical application of different educational models. They also discussed some misconceptions about educational leadership.
