Educators Without Borders holds Workshop on emotional intelligence and its importance

Educators Without Borders, in collaboration with the Emirates College of Advanced Education, organized a workshop on emotional intelligence on Monday, December 7, 2020. 

The workshop highlighted several topics, chiefly the concept of emotional intelligence and its significance in the educational process as well as strategies for developing students' emotional intelligence and obstacles to emotional intelligence. The workshop involved interactive activities between the trainees.

Also, the workshop discussed the best approaches to develop the learners' emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, not exerting control over others, and dealing positively with feelings. This will help students achieve a well-integrated personality and enable them to deal in a balanced way with their surroundings during the learning process.
