EWB holds workshop on promoting workplace positivity 

Educators without Borders held a workshop on promoting workplace positivity, on Monday, June 21, 2021.

The workshop discussed the importance of spreading positivity in the workplace and its role in increasing motivation and creativity.

It highlighted the role of positive work culture in improving teamwork, raising morale, increasing productivity and efficiency, and enhancing workforce retention.
 
The workshop also presented the most important ways of applying strategies to promote positivity at work. 

It also explained how institutions can create a positive culture at the workplace through establishing clear ethos and values, fostering collaboration and communication, creating an inclusive work environment, and setting clear goals and rewards for the employee.
